Marc Pittas
Marc graduated from Michigan Technological University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 1983 and from DePaul University in 1991 with a Juris Doctor of Law. He began his career over 26 years ago as a Project Engineer and worked his way up to Executive Vice President. Marc is a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers, Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, and Air Conditioning Contractors of America.
Nick Muscolino
Nick is the Vice President for Aero Performance Group. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University in May 2006. Working in the balancing industry since 2007, Nick is certified as a supervisor by the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing Bureau for balancing and fire/life safety. He is also a Certified Professional in Air and Hydronics through the National Environmental Balancing Bureau.
Dan Hosko
Dan is the Commissioning Manager – Energy Solutions & Data Analytics for Aero Performance Group. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering in 2012. Since 2012, his focus at Aero has been on building optimization through Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, Energy Auditing, and Monitoring-Based Commissioning. Dan is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, a Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance, and a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider.
Julia Fredian
Julia is the Commissioning Manager - Consulting Services for Aero Performance Group. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa in 2014. Since 2014, her focus at Aero has been on building optimization through Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, Energy Auditing, and LEED Consulting. Julia is a Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction, and a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider.
Michael Kosinski
Mike is the founder of CEPro, which was acquired in 2025 by Aero Performance Group and now operates as its Critical Environments division. He established the firm to elevate service standards across the construction and facilities industry when it comes to critical environments. With nearly 30 years of experience, he identified critical gaps in traditional project delivery that often led to misalignment with Owner’s Project Requirements and unnecessary inefficiencies. He built CEPro around an integrated, single-source approach that aligns engineering, construction, and operations to improve outcomes and accountability. Under his leadership, the firm became a trusted partner across higher education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Ken Clark
Ken Clark has over 30 years of experience in mechanical contracting, including drafting, MEP coordination and project management for a large variety of Plan & Spec and Design/Build projects in new and rehab hospital construction, laboratories, cleanrooms, schools and commercial high-rise buildings. This experience gives him an in-depth knowledge of the many requirements to turn over mechanical ventilation and hydronic systems in critical environments.
In his current position with Aero Performance Group, Ken builds and maintains new and existing client relationships, and oversees all estimating and reporting to ensure that a consistent, high-level product is delivered to every client.

Aimee Alsteen is a sales and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in championing enterprise growth initiatives to enhance revenue. Aimee is passionate about developing and maintaining strong client relationships centered on trust.
Aimee is a board member for I2SL, and is also active in HESNI, CHEF/Chicago Healthcare Executive’s Forum, CEAC/ Chief Engineers Association of Chicagoland, ISHE/Indiana Society for Healthcare Engineering and WHEA/Wisconsin Healthcare Engineering Association.
