Dan is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, a Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Accredited Professional in Operations and Maintenance, and a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider. 

Jim leads engineering and operations within the commercial real estate sector. He specializes in optimizing building maintenance, electrical systems, and overall operational performance to drive efficiency and reliability across facilities. Jim is known for collaborating closely with teams to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions that support organizational goals and ensure excellence in property operations.

Anna supports the ComEd Retro-Commissioning program. She leads program performance reporting and works closely with service providers and customers to help deliver measurable energy savings.
